Eric Petty is the Founder and CEO of Lean On Me I.T., bringing over two decades of hands on experience in business technology and managed IT services. His career began in franchise technology, where he spent more than a decade in numerous roles supporting international home service brands and developing deep expertise in scalable systems, operational efficiency, and technology strategy for service based businesses.

In 2020, Eric set out to create a greater impact beyond large franchise organizations. While initially planning to offer consulting services, he quickly recognized a significant gap in IT support available to small and independent businesses. This insight led to the launch of Lean On Me I.T., built on the belief that growing companies deserve the same level of strategic technology guidance as enterprise organizations—without unnecessary complexity or cost.

Today, Lean On Me I.T. serves as a trusted IT partner for businesses across Central Texas and beyond, delivering proactive IT management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and strategic guidance designed to help organizations operate securely and efficiently. Under Eric’s leadership, the company focuses on aligning technology with business goals so clients can concentrate on growth, not IT problems.

A Texas native, Eric grew up in Temple, Texas, and now resides in Crawford, Texas. His strong ties to the local community and passion for supporting small businesses continue to shape Lean On Me I.T.’s mission and client first approach.

Before diving into the world of IT, Noah spent time in the classroom as a teacher, which meant becoming the go-to tech person for churches and schools along the way. That knack for solving problems and explaining tech in plain English led to a career in IT consulting, where he spent several years supporting businesses in the logistics industry.

Since joining Lean On Me I.T. in fall 2023, Noah has brought that same mix of technical know-how and people-first approach to helping small businesses get the most out of their technology.
